GoldHaven Resources (OTCQB:GHVNF) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $175K, by issuance of up to 1,346,153 common shares at a price of $0.13 per share.
All securities issued in the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
The gross proceeds from the offering will be used by the company for general working capital and business development.
