U.S. gov’t investment in xLight may be long-term negative for ASML: Jefferies (ASML:NASDAQ)

The Trump Administration’s announcement that it will invest $150M into xLight could have broader implications for the global semiconductor industry, and in particular, ASML (ASML), investment firm Jefferies said.

“While too early to say if the technology will be successful, the
