Tevano Systems Holdings (TEVNF) announced the immediate appointment of Esen Boldkhuu to its board of directors.
Concurrently, the company announced with deep sadness the recent passing of Benjamin Sawchuk, who served as Interim CEO, Interim CFO, and Chair of the board.
The board expressed its gratitude for Sawchuk’s leadership and extended heartfelt condolences to his family.
Boldkhuu brings a cross-industry background spanning capital markets, mineral exploration, and artificial intelligence to Tevano’s board. He currently serves as CEO of UraniumX Discovery Corp., where he leads uranium exploration projects in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.
