- The company reaffirms its prior 2024 net revenue guidance and continues to expect 2024 net revenue to be $249M to $259M, representing 15.1% and 19.7% reported growth compared to 2023, consensus at $253.92M.
- The company also said that Stephen Deitsch, CFO, will depart the company on April 5, 2024 to pursue an opportunity with OrganOx.
- The company concurrently announced the appointment of Kristina Wright as Interim CFO, effective April 3, 2024. Ms. Wright has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and currently serves as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Paragon 28 (FNA).
