Internet Computer holders were only happy for about ten days all year. Now, ICP crypto price has crashed again below $3 and is looking at a possible further decline.
Those ten days came in early November, when ICP price broke above a long-term descending triangle and triggered a short squeeze that pumped the price to over $9 before the decline started again on November 11.
Notice something? Nothing fundamentally changed to cause this pump.
ICP is now back around $2.90, a new yearly low as 2025 comes to an end. The question is, will this continue throughout 2026?

ICP is designed to be deflationary, where more network usage means higher burn levels that reduce supply.

Internet Computer Price Prediction: Further Decline on the Way in 2026?
If nothing changes fundamentally, then yes, a further decline is likely. However, crypto right now may be at one of its lowest points. When the market pumps again, most coins will get something out of it.
ICP needs to bounce off this key horizontal support and begin to regain bullish momentum.
To confirm a positive shift, it has to break out above the last rejection zone at $3.11. If it manages to do that, a move toward $3.50 would be the next target.
If it declines further, a drop toward $2.74 or lower could be possible in Q1 of the new year.
