CoinTerminal, a growing IDO launchpad focused on widening access to early-stage crypto projects, has announced a $15,000 lottery tied to its refundable token sales.
The prize pool includes a $10,000 reward for one winner, with two runners-up set to receive $2,500 each.
To ensure transparency and fairness, the lottery draw will use Chainlink VRF, providing verifiable on-chain randomness.
The initiative is meant to recognize the trust and engagement of users on CoinTerminal’s open-access platform.
In contrast to IDO platforms that restrict participation through lottery systems, CoinTerminal’s refundable sales model allows users to take part in pre-sales without locking in risk.
Investors can choose to claim their purchased tokens or request a full refund—typically within 24 hours after the Token Generation Event (TGE)—with no conditions.

All participants, including those who opt for refunds, will be automatically entered into the lottery.
Since its launch, CoinTerminal has supported the debut of numerous Web3 token projects, offering investors open access without requiring them to buy or hold a native token or engage in staking.
Its refundable sales model is designed to shield users from underperforming tokens, helping build confidence in early-stage investments.
The platform closed the June quarter with strong sales and significant ticket sizes, driven by its unrestricted access and consistent pipeline of launches.
To date, more than 620,000 investors have participated in CoinTerminal’s sales, with $2.2 billion in connected assets and over $20 million raised.
