- Gulf Resources (GURE) said it received a Nasdaq notice regarding its failure to timely file its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
- The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the company’s securities. Nasdaq had previously granted Gulf Resources until Aug. 31 to file its delinquent Q1 2026 Form 10-Q.
- The company filed its 2025 Form 10-K on Aug. 17 and is no longer delinquent on that filing. However, it remains delinquent on both its Q1 and Q2 2026 quarterly reports.
