- Electric Royalties (OTCQB:ELECF) entered into a definitive agreement with Battery Mineral Resources, Minera BMR and Minera Altos De Punitaqui Limitada to acquire a 0.75% gross revenue royalty (the “0.75% GRR”) on the producing Punitaqui copper mine in Chile in exchange for a cash payment of C$3.5M.
