XRP price prediction shows Ripple trading around $1.30 after a difficult week, with CoinGecko data showing a 7.2% decline over seven days. Despite Ripple’s expanding institutional partnerships, weakening ETF demand and broader market uncertainty continue to weigh on the token, leaving traders questioning whether XRP can recover toward $1.40.
On October 15, Ripple Prime announced support for real-world asset (RWA) perpetual swaps in over 100 markets, allowing institutional clients to use Ripple USD (RLUSD) as collateral for round-the-clock trading in various financial sectors.
The previous day, Ripple partnered with DriveWealth for stablecoin settlement and with Meritz Securities to explore custody and tokenization in Korean markets. Meanwhile, Evernorth debuted on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN, highlighting approximately 473 million XRP in treasury holdings.
Despite these developments, XRP spot ETFs saw over $2.47M in outflows on October 16, and the stalled CLARITY Act complicates US crypto regulation. A speculative $1,000 XRP price prediction by EasyA co-founder Dom Kwok for 2030 also circulates, but it doesn’t offer practical trading guidance.

At approximately $1.30, XRP is trading near the bottom of its latest seven-day range of $1.27–$1.42, according to CoinGecko. The token has retreated from about $1.51 on October 5, underscoring the recent correction.
Immediate support sits around $1.27–$1.29, while resistance begins at $1.31–$1.32. A sustained move above that initial hurdle could open the way toward $1.35, followed by a potential retest of $1.40. However, the recent decline means buyers must show stronger momentum before confirming a bullish reversal.
