Bowman Consulting (BWMN) has acquired RPT Alliance, a Houston-based designer of natural gas transmission facilities and power generation infrastructure.
The $59.7 million transaction was financed with cash and a seller note. RPT is estimated to contribute around $22–24 million in annualized net service
