Allegro MicroSystems (NASDAQ:ALGM) has drawn takeover interest from ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ:ON), Bloomberg reported Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.
According to the report, ON Semiconductor in recent months has been working with advisors to pursue its smaller rival, the people said.
