Apple has two lines of MacBook laptops: the MacBook Air line that’s suited for almost everyone and the MacBook Pros that are priced and suited for those with more demanding workloads, especially those who work with visual and graphical assets.
We’re already seeing great discounts on the new M3 MacBook Pro laptops just weeks after their release, with Black Friday deals of $150 off the 14-inch M3 model and $200 off the 16-inch M3 Pro version. All current MacBooks now run on Apple’s in-house M-series processors, though, which means even the least expensive model has a ton of power.

$150 off the brand new M3 MacBook Pro is more than we expected so soon after launch. The new laptop is yet another excellent device, but if you have an M2, we’d hold off upgrading. M1 users will notice a considerable improvement, and if you’re still using an Intel MacBook Pro, this will basically blow your socks off.
Apple 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro
This larger 16-inch MacBook Pro packs a real punch with the new M3 Pro chip paired with 18GB of unified memory. If heavy multitasking and media editing are part of your regular workflow, this is a great investment, and $200 off so soon after launch is a great find. If you’re not going to need all this power, we’d recommend picking up a MacBook Air instead.
