Russian revenues from oil exports rose despite new sanctions, IEA says (USO:NYSEARCA)

Crude futures shook off much of their early-session losses to settle slightly lower, helped by a modestly positive report from the International Energy Agency that raised its global oil demand growth forecast for this year and lowered its expected supply surplus.
