Panther Minerals appoints Rick Mah as CFO; David Beck to remain on boa

Panther Minerals (GLIOF) has appointed Rick Mah as CFO and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.

He succeeds David Beck, who has resigned from his roles as CFO and Corporate Secretary, but will continue to support the company as a member of the board of directors.

Mah brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience across the technology, hospitality, and finance sectors within both public and private companies.

Meanwhile, Mr. David Beck has resigned from his roles as CFO and Corporate Secretary but will continue to serve as a director of the company.
