Gardiner Healthcare Acquisitions (NASDAQ:GDNRU) said on Monday its directors had determined to dissolve and liquidate the company. GDNRU will redeem all of its outstanding common shares that were issued in its IPO, effective December 18. The company added it had instructed the Trustee of the Trust Account to take all necessary actions to liquidate the Trust Account. At the close of business on the business day prior to the redemption date, the company will stop trading its public shares, GDNRU added. Press Release
