Enduro Metals (OTCQB:ENDMF) Thursday announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$3M. The company also announced a consolidation of its shares, based on one for every ten common shares. The offering would consist of the issuance of up to 75M units at a purchase price of C$0.04/unit.
