Demi Lovato and Jordan “Jutes” Lutes said “I do” after three years together.
Vogue reported that actor and singer Lovato, 32, wed fellow musician Lutes, 34, on Sunday afternoon in California. The former Disney Channel star wore a white, off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown with a corset bodice and draped silhouette. For the reception, Lovato reportedly wore another Westwood design, featuring a draped corset top and pearls.
Neither Lovato nor Lutes has publicly commented on their nuptials, but the “Confident” singer previously said in an Instagram post that she was eager to marry Lutes and “spend many more years around the sun together.”

Lutes is a singer-songwriter from Canada
Alternative Press reported that Lutes is from Kars, a village in Ottawa, Ontario. Growing up, his musical interests ranged from rock to hip-hop.
The publication reported that Lutes attended Humber College in Toronto but dropped out after a year. However, his college experience inadvertently led him to start dabbling with music.
“I was depressed living in college residence, hating school and feeling like I just wasted so much money,” Lutes told Unclear Magazine in 2020. “I started writing songs to pass the time and fell in love with it. Writing became my way of escaping the situation I was in. I ended up failing out of school because of it, but it’s all good, we made it work.”
He landed a record deal after moving to LA
In 2021, Lutes told The Nuance Magazine that he got signed to Capitol Records during his first year living in LA.
“I had $3.03 in my bank account when I signed and felt like I had made it, which turned into the ‘bad’ dream part,” Lutes said. “I realized the deal was more just symbolic of success but ended up messing with my head a lot more than I let on.”
“Start Over,” his debut single under Capitol Records, was released in 2020. Lutes said that he left the record label and became an independent artist because of budget cuts during the pandemic.

During a 2024 appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” Lovato said that she “instantly” had a crush on Lutes. The pair worked together on Lovato’s album “Holy Fvck,” and Lutes later said in an Instagram post that the track “Substance” is one of his favorite songs he’s ever worked on. Lovato and Jutes went public with their relationship shortly before the album’s release in August 2022.
Jutes proposed to Lovato with a pear-shaped diamond ring in December 2023.
“My love, I’m beyond excited to marry you.. every day I’ve spent with you has been a dream come true and I can’t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here’s to the rest of our lives,” Lovato wrote in part on Instagram.
In subsequent interviews, Lovato gushed about their relationship.
“It’s very grounding to have a partner that is so supportive, so loving, so caring,” she told People magazine in September. “And so, you know, it’s very easy to stay centered with him because I just — I love him so much and he treats me so amazing.”
In an Instagram post shared on Valentine’s Day, the “Camp Rock” actor called the recent years with Lutes “the best 3 years of my life.”
“I’m obsessed with your heart, your love and your light. I can’t wait to grow old with you and start a family together,” Lovato wrote in part.
