- Bitfarms (NASDAQ:BITF) said on Friday it had entered into an at-the-market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co.
- Under the agreement, BITF established an at-the-market equity program of up to $375M.
- According to BITF, no common shares will be offered or sold under the ATM Program on the TSX or any other trading market in Canada.
- The company plans to use the program proceeds primarily on capital expenditures to support the growth and development of its existing mining operations, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
