    • Paris Fashion Week Men’s took place in France from January 20 to January 25.
    • Then Spring 2026 Couture Week began on January 26.
    • Celebrities have attended in a mix of sharp suits and forgettable looks so far.

There’s a lot to dislike about January, like winter storms that lead to chaos at grocery stores.

It’s not all bad, though. The start of a new year also brings a fresh era of fashion. And what better way to showcase it than with more than a week of runway shows in France?

Paris Fashion Week Men’s took place from January 20 to January 25. Spring 2026 Couture Week, also in Paris, then kicked off on January 26 and will end on January 29.

Naturally, some of the most eye-catching looks so far haven’t been spotted on the runway. Instead, they’re being worn by celebrities in the audience.

Here are the best and worst we’ve seen.

John Legend showed how effective matching sets can be.

He arrived at the Louis Vuitton runway show wearing a textured suit in a warm brown shade. It appeared to be crafted with calf hair.

The set was tailored perfectly to the musician and served as a fun, neutral base for his accessories. He wore light-brown loafers, a multicolored tie, and a gold watch.

He also carried a blue Louis Vuitton monogrammed duffel.

Robert Pattinson’s outfit could have benefited from one small tweak.

Pattinson, who starred in “The Batman,” attended Dior’s Fashion Week event wearing simple pieces from the fashion house.

He sported a gray tweed blazer over a red-checked button-up shirt. The top half of his outfit worked for him, though it was paired with loose-fitting, lightly distressed jeans and suede shoes.

The latter two pieces looked too casual. Black trousers and leather loafers would have elevated the look.

Mia Goth wore a two-piece set that was both elegant and dramatic.

The “Frankenstein” actor’s Dior ensemble included a floor-length blue skirt and a black fringe jacket cinched at the waist.

The top half matched her dark hair and leather purse, while her skirt added a subtle pop of color.

There were too many contrasting elements involved in SZA’s look.

The musician attended Dior’s show in wide-legged gray trousers and a fitted blue blazer worn as a blouse. She also wore black leather heels, colorful necklaces, and a white bag covered in heavy fringe.

Her outfit might have been more effective if she’d stuck to one or two colors and chosen one statement accessory instead of mixing many.

Joe Alwyn looked dapper in classic Dior pieces.

The “Hamnet” actor sported black trousers and a blue, striped button-up beneath a gray peacoat. He accessorized with a Dior monogram belt and statement leather shoes.

The outfit was chic, simple, and the epitome of Dior’s menswear designs.

Jack Harlow wore too many layers.

The musician was photographed at the Dries Van Noten runway show wearing a mix of neutral staples.

He wore baggy brown pants, a cream-colored coat, a tan turtleneck top, and a thick brown scarf. Then there were his accessories. Harlow wore black boots, silver glasses, and a Kangol hat.

There was a lot going on with his outfit, but no piece was particularly memorable.

Joe Keery kept things simple, but sharp.

He attended the Louis Vuitton show wearing a black suit from the fashion house. Rather than opting for a classic, straight style, the “Stranger Things” star went with something more modern.

The suit featured a loose-fitting blazer over a blue-and-white striped button-up shirt. The latter was tucked into barrel-leg trousers, which gave his look a unique shape.

Nicole Kidman looked chic in Chanel.

As Paris Couture Week began, Kidman attended Chanel’s runway show in a dramatic little black dress.

The sleeveless, satin piece reached her knees and had feathered fringe across its neckline and waist. She paired it with a small leather handbag, two-toned heels, and sunglasses.

Gracie Abrams wore three pieces that weren’t very cohesive.

The musician’s Chanel ensemble included khaki trousers, black-and-white leather heels, and a tweed top with yellow, black, and white fringe.

There were too many materials and colors used across the outfit. A simpler blouse or brighter shoes could have improved the overall look.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos played it too safe for the Schiaparelli runway show.

Lauren Sánchez Bezos and Jeff Bezos arrived hand in hand at the fashion show.

The Amazon founder wore all black — a suit, dress shoes, and dark sunglasses — while his wife took a different approach.

Sánchez Bezos wore a red set that comprised a blazer with unique pockets, a matching blouse, a skirt, and velvet heels. She also carried the designer’s face-style bag.

Ultimately, both outfits were too simple. It would’ve been nice to see Bezos add a statement accessory, like a brooch, and Sánchez Bezos could have opted for a shorter, tailored skirt to make a bigger statement.

They had a stronger fashion moment at the Christian Dior show.

Bezos donned a navy suit and his signature silver sunglasses for the Dior show. Though his outfit was simple, it perfectly complemented Sánchez Bezos’ look.

The children’s book author wore a floral-print suit in a dusty shade of baby blue. It included a fitted blazer with a fur lining, a black lace top, and an above-the-knee skirt with delicate fringe.

Together, they looked posh and stylish.
