Paragon 28 (NYSE:FNA) showed preliminary unaudited net revenue for Q1 2024 is expected to be in a range of $60.8M to $61.1M, representing reported growth of ~16.8% to 17.4% compared to Q1 2023.
The company reaffirms its prior 2024 net revenue guidance and continues to expect 2024 net revenue to be $249M to $259M, representing 15.1% and 19.7% reported growth compared to 2023, consensus at $253.92M.
The company also said that Stephen Deitsch, CFO, will depart the company on April 5, 2024 to pursue an opportunity with OrganOx.
The company concurrently announced the appointment of Kristina Wright as Interim CFO, effective April 3, 2024. Ms. Wright has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and currently serves as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Paragon 28 (FNA).
