Gulf Resources receives Nasdaq notice over late quarterly filings (GURE:NASDAQ)

Gulf Resources (GURE) said it received a Nasdaq notice regarding its failure to timely file its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the company’s securities. Nasdaq had previously granted Gulf Resources until Aug. 31 to file its delinquent Q1 2026 Form 10-Q.
The company filed its 2025 Form 10-K on Aug. 17 and is no longer delinquent on that filing. However, it remains delinquent on both its Q1 and Q2 2026 quarterly reports.
