Biotech company Vyant Bio (OTCPK:VYNT) said on Friday it expects liquidation payments to its shareholders will range from $0.16 to $0.29 per share.
Vyant shares were delisted from Nasdaq in May, with the stock trading OTC since. The company sold substantially all of its assets in October.
The company added it plans to file a Certificate of Dissolution in late December 2023, and anticipates it will make its first liquidation payment in the fourth-quarter of 2024.
