Vizsla Copper (TSXV:VCU:CA) (OTCQB:VCUFF) increased the size of its non-brokered private placement, previously announced on March 5, 2024, from $1.5M to $2.5M.
The company will issue up to 38.46M at a price of $0.065 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.5M.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.12 per warrant share until the date which is 36 months.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used for further exploration and general working capital purposes.
