American Electric Power (AEP) gained 1.2% in Tuesday’s trading as KeyBanc upgraded shares to Overweight from Sector Weight with a $133 price target, saying it expects a constructive Q3 update, with potential capital plan and earnings growth upside from the Piketon transmission investment
