United Rentals (URI) said on Monday that its subsidiary, United Rentals (North America), is offering $1.5B of senior notes due 2033 in a private offering.
Shares were +0.70% pre-market to $805.60.
The Stamford, CT-based equipment-rental company said the notes will be
