Unite Group (OTCPK:UTGPF) has agreed to buy Empiric Student Property (OTCPK:EPCFF) in a cash-and-stock deal valuing the smaller rival at 634 million pounds ($860.59 million), the companies said on Thursday.
Based on Unite’s (OTCPK:UTGPF) closing share price of 732
