Telecom Italia, Vivendi signs deal with Poste on sale of 15% of shares for €684 million

Vivendi (OTCPK:VIVHY) has signed an agreement with Poste Italiane (OTCPK:PITAF) to sell 15% of Telecom Italia (OTCPK:TIAIY) ordinary shares and voting rights for €0.2975 per share for a total of €684 million.

Following the transaction’s completion, after notification to Italian competition authorities, Vivendi will
