Retail REIT Tanger (NYSE:SKT) was rising after Bank of America upgraded the stock on higher FFO estimates and price target.
“Our more bullish view reflects management’s leasing accomplishments YTD which have exceeded our expectations,” said analyst Jeffrey Spector in a research note.
