Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs placed Chinese tech giants Huawei Technologies and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. (OTCQX:SIUIF) on its list of restricted export recipients, signaling deepening trade and technology rifts involving Taipei, Beijing and Washington, The Associated Press reported.
The
