Snowflake (SNOW) priced $3.75B of 0% convertible senior notes in a private offering, upsizing the deal from the previously announced $3.5B.
The offering includes $2B of notes due 2029 and $1.75B due 2031. Snowflake also granted initial purchasers options to buy an additional $300M of
