- Scottie Resources (SCOT:CA) on Friday announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 8.96M common shares of the company at a price of $2.90 per share and up to 322,581 flow-through common shares at a price of $3.10 per FT Share for gross proceeds of up to $27M.
- The gross proceeds from the issue and sale of the FT Shares will be used by the company to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses related to the Scottie Gold Mine Project in British Columbia.
