- Saville Resources (TSXV:SRE:CA) on Monday announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 through the issuance of up to 15M units of the company at $0.05 per Unit.
- Each unit shall consist of one common share in the capital of the company, and one-half share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.075 per share until twelve months following closing.
- The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company for general working capital.
