Rubicon Organics gets new executive and finance head (OTCMKTS:ROMJF)

Rubicon Organics (OTCQX:ROMJF) appointed Margaret Brodie as CEO and Janis Risbin as CFO and corporate secretary, effective immediately.
She began her tenure as the CFO of the Company and was appointed Interim CEO on January 1, 2023. As Interim CEO and CFO, Ms. Brodie led the Company to achieve six consecutive quarters of AEBITDA profitability and five consecutive quarters of positive operating cashflow.
Serving first as Director of Finance, and then as Vice President of Finance since 2019, Ms. Risbin has been instrumental in the success of the company from the early start-up of the Canadian business.
