Plymouth Industrial REIT (NYSE:PLYM) announced on Wednesday the acquisition of a single-tenant warehouse facility in southwest Atlanta, GA, for $11.7M.
The 100,420-sq. ft. property is fully leased on a triple-net basis through May 2030 to a consumer self-care products and solutions provider.
The company said the lease features 3.0% annual rent escalations.
