CFO Supreet Bhullar has stepped down from her role. CEO Kerem Akbas has been appointed as interim CFO while the company conducts a search for a permanent finance chief.
Independent directors Beata Jirava and Olha Yushchenko have also resigned from the company’s board of directors.
