- Mitsubishi Electric (OTCPK:MIELY) said that its wholly owned subsidiaries Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems S.p.A. and Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. has acquired AIRCALO, an air-conditioning company in France, for an undisclosed sum.
- AIRCALO packages peripheral components, reducing labor and eliminating installation errors.
- With the development, Mitsubishi Electric plans to use AIRCALO’s extensive product line and strong customization capabilities to expand its hydronic HVAC systems business in the European market.
