Kansas City Fed’s Schmid says ‘remains to be seen’ how much further interest rates fall

Kansas City Federal Reserve President Jeffrey Schmid on Wednesday said the extent to which interest rates will fall is uncertain, while also highlighting some of the implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the energy sector.

Schmid’s remarks came in a keynote
