Jiuzi Holdings gets Nasdaq notification letter for late filing of annual report

Jiuzi Holdings (NASDAQ:JZXN) Friday announced that it received a letter from Nasdaq dated March 25, notifying that the company was not in compliance with listing rules as it did not timely file its annual report on Form 20-F.
Under Nasdaq listing rules, the company has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance.
The deficiency letter has no immediate impact on the listing of the company’s shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, Jiuzi added.
