Enduro Metals announces non-brokered private placement of up to C$3M (OTCMKTS:ENDMF)
- Enduro Metals (OTCQB:ENDMF) Thursday announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$3M.
- The company also announced a consolidation of its shares, based on one for every ten common shares.
- The offering would consist of the issuance of up to 75M units at a purchase price of C$0.04/unit.
- Each unit would comprise one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant.
- Enduro Metals added that the proceeds from the offering would be used for exploration and development of its Newmont Lake Project, among others.
