Dyne Therapeutics (DYN) has announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 18.3M shares of its common stock at $20.50 per share.
Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to reach approximately $375.15M before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering
