Heritage Commerce (HTBK) has agreed to merge with and into CVB Financial (CVBF) in an all-stock deal valued at about $811M, or $13.00 per HTBK share, based on CVBF’s closing stock price on Dec. 16, 2025, the companies said Wednesday.
