- Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE:CWK) said on Monday it had appointed Jennifer McPeek and Raj Vennam to its board of directors, effective March 18.
- According to CWK, McPeek previously served as the chief financial officer of Russell Investments.
- Vennam currently serves as SVP, CFO of Darden Restaurants, the company added.
- These new appointments fill vacancies left by Tony Miller and Lincoln Pan, CWK said.
