Crude oil futures posted their second straight weekly gain, boosted by bullish geopolitical developments, including U.S. strikes on Houthi rebel targets and Israeli strikes on Gaza, while the U.S. tightened enforcement against Iranian crude by sanctioning a Chinese refinery.
