As a Costco employee of 20 years, I love shopping the aisles for the best new items each month. Throughout the year, I turn to the store for great food, home, and personal care items.

This year, I bought a lot of great things from Costco, from skincare products to a new watercooler. Here are eight of the best purchases I made.

The Shark CryoGlow is a skincare device that combines LED light therapy with under-eye cooling to address multiple skin concerns. Since buying it this year, I’ve used it every single day.

The bundle also includes a charging stand, a storage bag, a remote, a pillowcase, and clip-on under-eye pads.

This year, I purchased three designer fragrances at Costco.

Costco’s designer fragrances are a hidden gem in the beauty aisle.

Authentic and sourced from authorized distributors, you can typically choose from designers like Gucci, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, and more.

This year, I purchased three fragrances: “Her” by Burberry, “Flowerbomb” by Viktor & Rolf, and “Daisy” by Marc Jacobs.

The Oikos vanilla protein shakes make great after-workout snacks.




Each Oikos vanilla shake contains 30 grams of protein.

This space-saving vanity is compact and doesn’t take up too much space in my room. The sleek stool even tucks underneath the table and disguises itself as a set of drawers. It also has a lift-top LED mirror with six different settings, including three warm and three cool tones.

My favorite part is that it has a mix of standard plugs and USB ports, so I can charge my phone while getting ready.
