Coenda Investments files amended early warning report on INEO Tech (INEO:CA:TSXV)

Coenda Investments Holding Corp., a company controlled by Kerem Akbas, said it has filed an amended early warning report along with a renewed and amended Form 45-102F1 notice of intention to distribute securities related to its holdings of common shares in INEO Tech Corp (INEO:CA).
Between December 24, 2025 and December 31, 2025, Coenda disposed of an aggregate of 12,166,000 common shares of INEO through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.
These transactions were completed through Coenda’s registered investment dealer.
