- CNH Industrial (NYSE:CNHI) said on Tuesday its unit, CNH Industrial Capital, had priced $600M of 5.100% notes due 2029, with an issue price of 99.157%.
- According to CNHI, the offering is expected to close on March 21, 2024.
- The company plans to add the offering proceeds to its general funds and use them for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
- The net proceeds may also be applied to repay CNH Industrial Capital’s indebtedness as it becomes due, the company added.
- The notes will mature on April 20, 2029, CNHI added.
