- Carver Bancorp (CARV) announced it will voluntarily delist its common stock from Nasdaq and move trading to the OTCQX Market.
- CRVA plans to file a Form 25 on or about November 28, 2025, with its final Nasdaq trading day expected around December 5, 2025.
- Trading on the OTCQX Market under the symbol “CARV” is expected to begin on or about December 8, 2025.
- Carver also intends to file a Form 15 on or about December 8, 2025, which will immediately suspend its SEC reporting obligations.
