Bionano announces $10M registered direct offering (NASDAQ:BNGO)

Bionano Genomics (NASDAQ:BNGO) entered into agreements for the purchase and sale of about 8.7M shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 8.7M shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.145 per share of common stock and accompanying warrant, in a registered direct offering.
The warrants will be exercisable immediately upon issuance, have an exercise price of $1.02 per share and expire five years from the date of issuance.
The gross proceeds to the company from the offering are expected to be approximately $10M.
