Notably, the total margin financing and securities lending balance experienced a significant uptick, rising by 41% Y/Y to $2.2B. Additionally, the total number of customers with deposits grew by 14.8%, reaching 865,500.
Crown Castle’s (NYSE: CCI) shares rose about 4% following activist investor Elliott Investment Management’s acquisition of a stake worth more than $2B.
