BEST receives NYSE notice over delayed filing of financial information (NYSE:BEST)

China-based supply chain service provider BEST (NYSE:BEST) announced on Friday the receipt of an NYSE notice over delayed filing of its financial information.
The notice said BEST is not in compliance with NYSE’s continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria.
The company failed to timely file its Form 6-K containing semi-annual financial information for the half year ended June 30, 2024, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
BEST attributed the delay to focusing its resources on the previously announced privatization.
